Studio Caprice d'Epices

Our house is located in a quiet area in the village of Francorchamps, close to the circuit and 7 km from the town of Spa. We built our house ourselves in 2002. The studio is located on the ground floor of the house, it offers a beautiful view of the forest. It can accommodate 2-4 people. We also have 3 guest rooms in our house. Two double bedrooms and one bedroom that can accommodate 4 people. The space The studio is located on the ground floor of our house with a separate entrance and a terrace that offers a magnificent view of the forest. It can accommodate 2-4 people. It has a double bed that can be separated into 2 single beds. There is also a sitting area with a double sofa bed, a small bookcase, a flat-screen TV, and a small writing desk. It is equipped with a kitchen with fridge, 4 hotplates, sink, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, ... and of course a dining area. The bathroom has an Italian shower, sink and toilet. Parking is located at the bottom of the house. The studio is accessible from the street by a staircase or garage ramp. Guest access The studio includes a living room with kitchen, dining area, living room and beds. The bathroom is private. It also has a terrace with garden furniture and the possibility of a barbecue. Our house being located at a height is not easily adapted for people with reduced mobility. Other things to note Our house is located in a quiet area a little away from the center of the village, while being only 2 km from the circuit. This is the perfect starting point for beautiful walks in the forest or to discover the different tourist sites of our beautiful region.
