We are in easy access of the A55 on a quiet road that is a 20 min walk from Conwy town. We are 5 mins from the Wales cycle path and the start of Cambrian way is within 15 min walk. Conwy is within 1/2 mile of the Snowdonia national park boundary, Mount Snowdon is 30 miles way. A marina, with a pub & shop is a 10 min walk, a beach a little further on. Conwy golf club is 5 mins walk. Llandudno is 15 mins drive , and there is a bus stop nearby. (Cwrt Llewelyn) The space Accommodation consists of twin beds or double on request with en suite. A kettle, microwave and small fridge are available. A hospitality tray is provided along with continental breakfast. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the shared garden and decking. There is plenty of parking on the drive. Other things to note The accommodation is located on the ground floor and there are 2 steps up into the property. Bikes can be stored securely on the property. Off road parking.
