This beautiful cottage which was built pre 1860 has been completely refurbished to a very high standard and has all the modern conveniences you require while still retaining it's unique and special charm. The cottage will suit anybody attending a wedding or an event in The Step House Hotel, Borris House or visiting the surrounding area. The space This cottage has been completely renovated to a very high standard. There are 2 double rooms downstairs as well as a sitting room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Upstairs are the 2 twin rooms. The comfortable and cosy sitting room has an electric stove and the original open hearth fireplace. At the back of the cottage there is an elevated garden with lovely views of Mount Leinster. To the side of the cottage there is off-street parking for 2/3 cars. Other things to note An important point to note in relation to the accommodation upstairs. There are two twin rooms. The first room is at the top of the stairs in an open plan space/landing. There is a door from there to bring you into the second twin.
