Very nice 30 m2 2-room apartment, refurbished and equipped, completely independent and adjoining our villa, 5 minutes' walk from the village center of Saint Drézéry (large wooded park, shops, restaurant, tennis...). Ideally located, surrounded by vineyards and greenery, the accommodation is 20 minutes from Montpellier, 15 minutes from Sommières, 45 minutes from Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert and Nîmes. For swimming, the beaches are 30 minutes away (Carnon, Plalavas, Grande-Motte), the Gorges de l'Hérault are 45 minutes away and lakes are nearby. The space The accommodation consists of a ground floor living/dining room/kitchenette, and an upstairs bedroom/bathroom. It has 1 bed for 2. Access to the T2 is independent and a closed parking is available for vehicles. Other things to note The toilet is not separated from the bathroom and bedroom but a curtain allows a little privacy.
