“Top of the Hill” VILLA

Welcome to “Top of the Hill” villa, your spacious vacation home, nestled in 4000 square meters of gardens, in a prestigious and beautifully maintained gated and secured domain with an overnight guard service in the summer months! Enjoy the calm lush surroundings in this picturesque landscape of Valbonne. The view from the garden and your private pool is just magical, from the sea to the Southern Alps… The space This beautiful holiday home with its superb pool will delight a large family in search of sun and tranquility for an idyllic stay on the French Riviera. You will be charmed by its beautiful mix of Provençal and modern style interior with very spacious rooms to fully enjoy your holiday together and easily visit the beauty of its surrounding: Valbonne and Biot villages, Antibes, Cannes… You will be close to any fun activities for the entire family: golf, hiking or horse riding, water activities ... and you will be able to book one of the three tennis courts in the domain and even private lessons with Anthony! If you come with teenagers they will enjoy making or joining friends in the domain’s huge swimming-pool and why not play pétanque when the sun goes down? We offer three bedrooms and four bathrooms, spread over two floors, they can sleep up to 8 people. 2 people can sleep in a sofa in the bibliothèque room.The Master bedroom has a spacious dressing area and a balcony overlooking an amazing garden and pool view. Two bedrooms have two adjoined single beds, so for more comfort we can separate them. A travel-cot is stored at the property also. No sheets for this baby-cot are included. It is best to have a car to discover the region but if that is not the case, there is an excellent bus and train service. There is a bus stop just outside our domain which is 15 minutes’ walk. There are also a bakery, pharmacy and Carrefour supermarket just before the entrance of the domain. Guest access The villa will be entirely dedicated to you. Registration Details 0601800013400
