Little Pentwyn is in Clyro, a village one mile from Hay-on-Wye. It's an annex on our home and close to other houses but still a quiet area. Cosy accommodation for two or four (with sofa bed). Open plan living area, fitted kitchen, bathroom comprises of bath with shower over. Large deck with sofa and dining area. Central heated, wifi and ample free private parking. Local walks from the property or a short drive away. I have a 2 bedroom flat (Pentwyn Barn) available to book via Airbnb. Comfortable living room with sofa bed and TV with stairs leading to one bedroom and ensuite bathroom with bath and shower over. Oil central heating and constant supply of hot water. Private off road parking. Outside, there is a large sun deck for your private use with sofa and table and enjoy the view. Cushions are stored in the box by the oil tank. Guest access The door to Little Pentwyn is around the back of the property. Private access via a key code. Other things to note Hay-on-Wye has a huge number of independent shops, many of them secondhand book shops and vintage shops. It's a great town to explore with plenty of festivals and fayres to visit during the year. The all year round weekly market on Thursday is a real foodie treat with a seasonal Saturday market thats also a shopping destination. Keep informed on things happening locally by visiting the Hay-on-Wye website. Surrounded by the beautiful Brecon Beacons National Parks, the area offers plenty of walking opportunities. A few minutes drive from Little Pentwyn is the Begwns. The Begwns offers spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. It is possible to see almost the entire Brecon Beacons National Park from the Roundabout.
