Loft style flat with roof terrace

The main space is an open-plan living, kitchen dining room. We have a huge sofa and wood burning stove. The room is double height with a mezzanine study area leading onto a south-facing terrace. There is also a quiet double bedroom and a bathroom. The space The flat has a real wow factor - high ceilings, wooden floors and bare brick fireplace with wood burning stove. The kitchen is really well equipped (I used to work in a kitchen utensil shop!) and we will leave all the basic spices, oils etc for your use. The living room has a giant sofa (can be used as a sofa bed), dining space and TV. We have Virgin tv with lots of channels. The south-facing terrace is a real sun trap. It overlooks the neighbours' gardens and isn't overlooked itself. The bathroom is modern with a great shower over the bath. Our bedroom is at the back of the house overlooking the gardens. It has a comfy double bed and some built in storage. Everything is white - it's super serene and calming. Other things to note The stairs to the mezzanine are quite narrow with no banister and the roof terrace has a low wall - the flat is therefore not suitable for young children. Please take care!
