Located along the iconic Via Appia Antica (Appian Way), a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Appian Way, a road built in 312 BC, was once the beating heart of the Roman Empire. The stone villa dates back to 1860 and was once the home of a farmer. It has been completely refurbished with high-end furniture, antiques mixed with modern interiors, and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. This ground-floor apartment offers privacy from the upper floor, with its own independent entrance. Inside the apartment, you'll find a spacious living room, private bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is approximately 80 square meters in size, providing plenty of room to relax and enjoy your stay. From April to November, when the climate is mild even in the evenings, the garden surrounding the apartment becomes an extension of the living room (and by extension, we mean 5000 square meters!).
