The Gite des Coudrières welcomes you to the Valley of the Kings. Charming cottage, classified 3 ears, is a restored farmhouse, typically Tourangelle, in the heart of the Loire Valley castles. Located on the edge of wood, just a few miles from Tours, the most beautiful castles reveal themselves and give you their secrets. Young and old will enjoy this immersion in Touraine to recharge and marvel. The space This barn restored on the GR N° 46 and on the edge of the GR 655 (towards Compostela), is located next to the noble Joué, 4 km from the heart of Veigné and 12 km from Tours. This location will allow you to be at the center of your visits (Châteaux de la Loire, museum, vineyard routes, etc.) Characteristic of the longhouses of the region, it has three levels: cellar, ground floor and attic on the 2nd floor. The materials are traditional and noble: White lime coating of rubble walls, slate roofing and natural cooked earth floors. The cottage benefits from independent access, with a living area of about 90 m², for 5 people. It is classified 3 stars by Gite de France. On the ground floor you will find a large living room that serves: A shower room and toilet, a vaulted cellar converted into a lounge and upstairs two independent air-conditioned bedrooms. Outside, a private garden. Concerned about respect for the environment, the cottage is part of an eco-responsible approach. (LED lighting, class A electrical appliances; waste recycling, ecological products, composting, etc.). For the comfort and tranquility of our guests, the cottage is non-smoking inside and our 4-legged friends are not allowed. (This is to avoid a disagreement with two small felines staying nearby called "Electron et Etoile" who will gladly accept your pets during their possible visits in the garden).
