The flat is situated just three meters above the sea, in the lush green area of Kokkino Nero, under the Kissavos Mountain. It is a two room flat with a big balcony under the shade of an old plane tree. The apartment is ideal for couples or small families who crave for tranquility and relaxation. The space The two room appartment - part of my stone built house which I often share with you- is an independent unit with its own entrance, Kitchen, bathroom and balcony. It is located three meters above the sea and offers marvelous views on the Aegean Sea. It consists of two tastefully furnished rooms, a bathroom and a terrace. The room facing the sea offers magical sunrise views. It is equipped with a queen size bed, an extra sofa bed, a wardrobe, a fully equipped kitchenet and a laptop area. The second bedroom has two single beds. Every bedroom is independent and quiet spacious so everyone can have their space and privacy and feel like home. The bathroom has a shower, a hair dryer and all the amenities. The fully equipped kitchenet comes with electric hot plate, a coffee maker, kettle, toast machine, fridge and basically everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner. Also, there is a Wi-Fi connection and balconies all around the apartment, a hot water boiler system, closet space with hangers, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board. Also fresh linen and towels will be provided as well as blankets and quilts in the spring or autumn period. There is a parking lot availablein the premises. Guest access From the main entrance of the house. Other things to note My flat is not suitable for two families. It can accomodate couples, small families of four or friends up to four who have to pass through the first room to exit the flat. Baby crib is available. There is a climate resilience TAX on the accommodation booked by tourists. This tax which came into force in January 2025 and the rate is 8 euros from March to October charged on a nightly basis. Short-term property rentals booked through online platforms like Airbnb, are also included in the new tax regime. The tax has been included in the prices quoted on the site.
