On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, shower room and kitchen-living room. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment for cooking and table setting. There is a dishwasher, waste disposal unit, oven, blender and much more. The living room has a separate exit to the outdoor patio. The shower room is spacious, the shower itself is 1.5/1.2 meters. Shower with thermostat. In the hallway there is a wardrobe, fridge, microwave, stairs to the second floor (under the stairs there is a washing machine). There are no partitions and rooms on the second floor, there is one large space. Guest access The bath is paid separately - 3000 rubles. Brooms 500 rubles/piece (oak, birch, eucalyptus) Other things to note You are the only one on the site and in the house, there are no concierges or owner's houses on the site.
