'Oppitippi' is surrounded by spectacular natural beauty that can by enjoyed without leaving the house. With the Kleinmond mountains as a backdrop and the rolling ocean literally on your doorstep, whales and dolphins can be spotted right from the deck. Klienmond is a gateway to the Garden Route and to some of the most beautiful beaches in the Western Cape, as well as being a hikers paradise and a golfers dream. The house has been recently renovated to ensure your stay is a restful experience. The space Oppitippi has been lovingly renovated. The house is full of original artworks and quirky features, with magnificent views from almost every window. There is a window seat positioned at the front of the house where you can lounge and read while also enjoying the sound and sight of the crashing waves. The main living area is open plan and spacious, with stacking doors leading onto a wide wooden deck which brings the outside in. The deck is the perfect place to bask in the sun, BBQ a steak, drink a chilled glass of white wine and watch the world go by. There is also a modern wood burner to keep the chill off in the cooler months. The kitchen is well equipped and clean with brand new appliances. The house also offers four comfortable bedrooms all with their own character. The master bedroom at the front of the house boasts sea and mountain views, which can be enjoyed while relaxing in bed. The large playroom at the back of the house is where the kids can hangout and play a game of pool. All the bedrooms are equipped with either electric blankets or hot water bottles for the winter months. This house is ideal for a family holiday by the sea all year round.
