Charming country house in San Luis

A charmingly restored 60 m² old stable in the rural area of San Luis, Menorca. Open loft-style space with separate kitchen and bathroom, plus 102 m² terrace and 400 m² private garden. The space It is located a 10-minute walk from the village of San Luis, 4 km from the southeast coast with beaches and coves of crystal clear waters. Mahón, the island's capital, is also 4 km away and Menorca airport is just 6 km away. The accommodation has been recently restored and adapted as a home. It is located on a plot of approximately 2000 m², attached to the main house, but totally independent of it. It is a typical Menorcan construction of dry stone and clay tiles, with two large windows facing south, as well as two large exit doors to the terrace. There are also three small windows facing north (in the kitchen, bathroom and living area) and two magnificent skylights in the ceiling. It has a lot of natural light and the interior temperature is cooler in summer and warmer in winter, since the material from which it is built has very good thermal properties. Upon arrival, you will find a comfortable parking area in the garden, your private 400 m² plot and your 102 m² terrace with furniture and an extra outdoor shower. The living area consists of a comfortable sofa bed for two people, a flat-screen TV, stereo, and fireplace. There is also an extendable table for eating and chairs for six people. The master bedroom area is to the right of the entrance, separated by a folding curtain to create more privacy. To the left of the living-dining area are the bathroom with shower and the new separate kitchen equipped with induction ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, coffee maker, blender, mini portable barbecue, etc. If you come with babies, we also have a crib. Please note that pets are NOT allowed. Smoking is also not allowed inside the house. We recommend having a car to better enjoy the island. The house has everything you need to spend an unforgettable vacation in the tranquility of the countryside and a few minutes from the sea of Menorca.
