2-room flat in the old mill house

The flat is in the ground floor of the old mill house - two rooms: newly equipped with kitchen, dinning area, sleeping couch, wardrobe, TV etc. There is an electric heating as well as a wood stove. Extra bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet. The house is closely connected to the city of Salzburg (bus stop just around the corner) as well as to the surrounding lake area "Salzkammergut". The location is ideally for sightseeing or exploring the countryside, walking, climbing mountains, swimming in the lakes close by etc. You will find an authentic touch of living in the countryside in Austria with an excellent bus connection (bus no. 140) to the city of Salzburg (the bus ride from my place to the city of Salzburg takes approximately 30 minutes) The appartment is for 2 people, but in case you have a baby, I can give you an extra cot. Guest access The 2-room flat is in the ground floor of the house with own entrance. The bathroom is extra and very big and spacious. I also rent a room in my flat in the first floor for 1-2 people (see my other posting) In case I have (a) guest/s, the bathroom in the ground floor has to be shared. Around the house is a huge garden which can be used! There is also a table with chairs to have breakfast/lunch/dinner...in case the sun is out;) The garden is very quiet - no car noise, only 2 quiet neighbours;) Please note that the house is really old (built in the 16th century) and therefore don't expect the same comfort like in modern new houses...however the atmosphere is more or less "original". It's a place for lovers of authenticity and a little bit of adventure;) Other things to note In the village "Thalgau", which is 6-8 minutes walk from my house, you will find 2 supermarkets (Spar, Billa), 2 bakeries, 2 cafe's and several restaurants. Note that the opening hours of the supermarktes are very Austrian;): monday- friday 7.00 - 19.00; saturday 7.00 - 18.00 pm sundays closed! There is one local bakery which has open on sunday mornings! last but not least.... who am I waiting for......open minded people who are happy to share the big old house with me for a couple of days and who treat it with respect...
