Studio with beach at end of street

Private studio space with it's own entrance, a double bedroom area together with kitchenette, and separate shower/toilet room. There are two comfortable chairs for sitting, a dresser for clothes. Free off street parking. Walk around front of the house, down a pretty gravel side passage lined with plants, to a private studio overlooking a garden. The family in the main house does also use the garden. We hope you enjoy your stay. The space The studio is a clean modern classic studio space at the back of an Edwardian family home. You walk down a flowered side passage to the garden where the studio has it's own private entrance. Southern Road is a quiet tree lined street. Southbourne Grove is at one end of the street with mini markets, shops, bars, cafes and restaurants and bus links into town. The cliff top is at the other end of the street with stunning panoramic views of the coast, Purbeck and the Isle of Wight. This really is on your doorstep. Walk down Fisherman's Walk zig zag to the beach itself, and along the promenade to cafes and restaurants on the sea front. You have 5 miles of golden sand beach to explore. There is one car parking space outside the front of the main house, for the studio guests to use. This is a rarity, as people from all over the country like to come to Bournemouth, and parking close to the beach can be problematic during the summer months. But from here you can walk everywhere, along the promenade to Boscombe pier where the restaurants have sea views; and on to Bournemouth pier and town centre. Or in the other direction towards the quieter Hengisbury Head. Pokesdown station is a ten minute walk away with train links to The New Forest, Southampton, Winchester and London. The studio has a comfortable double bed and would suit a couple. I'm afraid no pets are allowed, sorry. We have a friendly resident cat in the main house who may approach you to say hello as you walk down the side passage to the studio, and a cocker spaniel dog, also very good natured and friendly. Other things to note We advise you to always check if there is parking with your accommodation as parking in Bournemouth can be tricky, especially so close to the beach. There can be long queues for car parks and it can be difficult to find spaces. There is parking here for one car with the studio, and everything is within walking distance.
