Lymm Art Staycation Suite - free parking

The first floor at the back of an artists semi detached home in a quiet cul de sac. Views across the fields to Lymm Water Tower, featured on Grand Designs. 10 minute walk to Lymm Village, great restaurants and bars, pubs and cafes. Independent shops. 5 mins to Lymm Dam. Clean and well behaved dogs only, do not allow on furniture. Or bring your own clean throws. A double bedroom, en suite, sofa bed in lounge, dining table with 4 chairs and kitchenette. No cooker! The space The spiral staircase is the entrance to the double bedroom. The kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave, crockery, cutlery, tea/coffee/sugar and milk in the fridge. Please note there is NO cooker or hob. Be mindful of electric whilst you’re out. Switch off lights and make sure the fan in the en suite isn’t on all day. Guest access You have access at the back of our house. We live in the ground floor and half of the upstairs. You have private access to the Art Staycation Suite with fused glass, original paintings and drawings, digital artwork and ceramics all by local artists and for sale, ask if you’d like anything up there. Enjoy your stay ! Other things to note We don’t charge a cleaning fee, please leave our place as you find it. Cleaning products are provided, these can be found under the sink in the kitchenette and under the basin in the bathroom. You have your own parking space up the drive on the left where it says ‘Art Staycation Parking’. Walk to the side gate which I’ll leave unlocked and leave the key in the door at the top of the spiral. We do have a dog, 7 chickens and a wildlife pond. Fused glass and silver jewellery making workshops available in the garden studio, ask when booking if you’re interested in an artie stay!
