Dear guests, Alex or I will welcome you personally and show you the 2-room- The sun runs around the whole house, which makes the apartment very bright and friendly. Due to the age of the house, the apartment is furnished in a bright vintage style. You can look out at the mountains from every window. The apartment is located in a cozy old building from 1914 on the second floor in the center of Amden. Chairlift, hiking trails, indoor pool, ski school and beautiful nature are at your doorstep. The space The vintage style, the brightness and the amenities of the apartment make you feel like you're on vacation right away. Since the apartment is centrally located, you can quickly and easily walk to public transport, shopping, but also a museum and indoor pool, cafe with bakery and two good restaurants. The buses run every 30 minutes. In the valley lies the Mediterranean village of Weesen, beautifully situated right on the lake. Whether you take a boat tour, sit by the lake or look at the water and the mountains with a glass of red wine in the garden restaurant, relax. When you come back after skiing and hiking or climbing tours, you will immediately find relaxation in our apartment. In the fall and winter, you can look down on the beautiful white sea of fog in the valley while you are in the sun. The people in Amden are nice and friendly. Everyone you meet will greet you. You will quickly feel at home. 1 parking space for 1 car is included. Another parking space costs CHF 5.00 per day. Guest access The whole rented 2-room apartment. Laundry room and drying room. Basement to store skis, etc. Other things to note Our house was built in 1914 and is a typical village house in the middle of our small town. Therefore, you will hear a hay wagon or two or the cowbells when the farmer brings his cows to a meadow, which happens more in spring and autumn. But if you really want absolute silence, our house would not be quite perfect. In the countryside, somewhat lower ceilings were common. In this apartment, the ceiling height is 195 cm. Also, the house is somewhat echoey. If other guests are in the house at the same time, you will notice. A little consideration and observance of the quiet hours make the vacation pleasant. But the benefits clearly outweigh this. The mountains, the lake, the nature, nice people and in winter mostly above the fog in the sun, make for a nice vacation.
