This traditional 2 story villa is located uphill the entrance of the port of Skala, a five minute walk from the centre of the town and 80 meters from the sea, accessible also by car. The space This two storey traditional house is uniquely located close to the centre of the small town of Skala, and the market area, but far from any turbulence and noise. Accessibility by car is important for carrying provisions effortlessly. There are beaches at a 5-7 minute walk. More distant beaches are accessible by car. Taxis and boats to the rest of the island hotspots, are located on a five minutes walk from the house. Guest access The house is located in a well taken care of garden, consisting of a rich variety of Mediterranean trees and plants. Guests can enjoy the garden and organise receptions or dinners in it. The house has three bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with one single and one double bed, one bathroom, the kitchen, the sitting room and a study. Outside, there is one terrace and a small back yard. On the first floor, there is a big terrace which offers a 360° view, one master bedroom with a double and a single bed, and one smaller bedroom with one double bed. There is also a bathroom.
