Apartment 1 near the beach with swimming lake and pool

The 60 m² apartment consisting of a living room with sofa bed, dining area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom is located in the side wing of the QdP and has a separate entrance as well as a private terrace overlooking the swimming pond and access to the Moorish courtyard. A fireplace is available for the winter. The space The apartment has a spacious bedroom with a queen size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). In the living room there is also a sofa bed, which offers a bed surface of 1.40 x 2.00 m when pulled out. We shall gladly supply on request a single bed. Guest access Our house consists of 3 residential units, the main house and 2 adjoining apartments. Each unit has a separate entrance and a private terrace. The outdoor areas, such as the swimming lake, playground, from 06/01/23 pool (9 x 4 m), parking spaces, may be used by all guests. Other things to note We point out that the city of Portimao has levied a tourist tax since 1.4.2024. This is €2.00/night per person from 13 years for a duration of 7 nights. We charge this amount in cash on site. The clarity of the swimming pond depends on various factors over which we have no influence. Registration Details 59728/AL
