Weekend 2 nights minimum. Week 3 nights minimum. In the middle of nature (no neighbors nearby), quiet and change of scenery in a 6-hectare property with 3 ponds. Rest, relaxation, walking, a break in the heart of nature. Ping pong table, swing, brazier for outdoor evenings around a fire. Binoculars to admire ducks, swans, geese, deer, hares, foxes... This home is dog-friendly, so you can bring your dogs. They must not go upstairs (bedrooms) for hygiene reasons. The space You will be alone on the entire property. The house consists of a large living room on the ground floor (open kitchen, living room, dining room), bathroom with toilet and upstairs 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed. Mosquito nets on bedroom windows. From the large room, you have access to the large covered terrace. View of the 3 ponds from the terrace. Bench tables and chairs will allow you to have your meals on the terrace if you wish or outside. Storage room for your bikes and other personal items. Barbecue with wood stock provided. Brazier for evenings around a fire. Boat available for a ride on the water. Deckchairs for sunbathing. Large swing. Swinging couch. Large Pontoon (platform on the water, see photos) in front of the house, possibility to put the deckchairs, to eat there etc… to watch the fish up close (depending on the transparency of the water which depends on the seasons). In winter, the house is heated by the fireplace with hot air distributor, which is located in the large room. Wood available to keep you warm. Accommodation also ideal for professionals on the move (possibility to park several vehicles including utility vehicles, possibility to store equipment in the room, possibility to leave equipment between 2 stays, etc.). The house has an alarm that you can activate while you're away. So your belongings are perfectly safe. Fishing in the ponds is not allowed. Please let me know if you have any special requests. Access to the floor (bedrooms) is not allowed for animals (dogs, cats, etc.). Other things to note Access to the property from the road is via a 1.5 km unpaved road but passable in all seasons with a classic passenger car. The Sainte-Menehould highway exit is 6 km away.
