Detached house with outdoor parking in a quiet residential area, at the end of a cul-de-sac. Located close to the airport and Saint-Exupéry TGV station, the Bugey CNPE, the EUREXPO exhibition park, the Groupama Stadium and LDLC Arena. You will sleep in a cozy, bright room equipped with a TV, desk, Wi-Fi and a private non-adjoining bathroom for your exclusive use. A hot drink will be offered in the morning. The space Surrounded by greenery and calm. You can choose your terrace according to the sunshine to make the most of the outdoors and in season of our swimming pool, as well as our petanque court. For athletes, you have access to a fitness trail 1 km from us. For lovers of nature and walking, you can walk a small trail around a pond. You can also go to the small shopping mall, gas station and restaurant within 3 minutes by car or 8 minutes on foot from us. A 5-min drive away, you also have a cinema with 10 screens and a shopping mall with multiple stores and restaurants. Also 16 minutes away by car, a beautiful medieval city with its ramparts, castle, cloister and many restaurants as well as a brewery to have a good time. Guest access at your disposal: kitchen (microwave, stove, kettle, fridge, dishes, dishwasher and products) garden and its equipment. During your stay We will be at your disposal to inform you about the region, good deals, places to visit and good restaurants to occupy your business evenings. In summer, don't forget your swimsuit to enjoy the pool in the evening. Other things to note Room for business travelers only.
