Welcome to Killyvarder the location of our 3 bedroom semi-detached house in Mid-Cornwall. Killyvarder is ideally placed for visiting; the Eden Project, Lost gardens of Heligan, Charlestown Harbour and several beautiful beaches including Carlyon Bay, Porthpean and Pentewan. Located in a quiet residential area with drive way parking for two cars this is a great base for exploring the whole of Cornwall with easy access to main routes and the Rail network. The space After a day exploring the delights of Cornwall come home and relax. The conservatory at the rear of the property opens out onto a south west facing patio and lawned garden, perfect for a barbecue or drying wetsuits and towels from a day at the beach. A fully equipped kitchen with a oven/grill, microwave, fridge freezer and all the pots, pans and cutlery you'll need. Plenty of dining space awaits but if you prefer not to cook the restaurants and bars of Charlestown are only a few minutes away. Relax in the front room with a 40inch wide screen smart T.V equipped with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney and the rest (you will need your own subscriptions). If you have work to do you can take confidence in the Superfast Broadband with lots of places throughout the house to set up your laptop. Head for one of the comfy seats in the conservatory with a good book, open the patio doors onto the garden and soak up some Cornish sunshine. Guest access The property has off street parking for two cars and the local bus service runs right past the house (see timetable for routes). A great local butchers and bakers are only a couple of minutes drive away and the property is also really close to two major Supermarkets if you need to stock up on essentials.
