Duinehuisie is situated only 40min from Hermanus. This spacious house is on the seafront with unspoiled views of the ocean. The house is geared up for larger groups of family and friends and is ideal for entertaining inside our outside with a built in fireplace perfect for those cooler evenings. It sleeps 12 people comfortably in 6 bedrooms and is perfectly suitable for winter and summer getaways. The space The double garage with direct access to the house is on the street level ground floor. The big open plan living area and kitchen is on the 1st floor. The living area have big glass sliding doors leading out to outside space. There is a scullery with 2nd fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, basin and storage space for groceries. Leading out of the living area is a unit with 2 bedrooms (double and twin beds), small kitchen (basin, fridge, microwave), separate toilet and bathroom with bath, basin and shower.) Also leading out of living area is bathroom with shower, toilet and basin next to a double bed room and a kids room with 2 single beds, TV and a foosball table. On the 2nd level there is separate living area, balcony, 2 bedrooms (double beds) and a bathroom with shower basin and toilet.
