Welcome to our beautiful, fully renovated house, equipped with roller shutters and rated 3 ⭐️. Renovated and inhabited by us, it offers all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay; thank you for taking care of it. You will find a warm atmosphere, perfect for sharing a weekend with family, friends or enjoying a relaxing holiday in peace, surrounded by greenery. For an extra relaxing moment, a hot tub is available as an option. We will be delighted to host you! The space Ground floor - fitted kitchen open to the living room, dining room with beautiful light - a nice master suite with shower room consisting of a double sink, heated towel rail and walk-in shower. - a toilet - a laundry room with a sink, washing machine and dryer, adjoining the garage for easy access. Upstairs: 3 air-conditioned bedrooms *One bedroom with 1 double bed + 1 single bed, *One bedroom with 1 double bed or 2 single beds *A bedroom with a double bed + a baby crib. 1 bathroom with a bathtub + shower, double sink and towel dryer. 1 toilet The original staircase has been preserved and overlooks a landing with 3 beds (1 double bed with a single bed mezzanine) Accommodation not suitable for PRM. Guest access You will have access to the whole house, as well as the garage transformed into a games room and equipped with a ping pong table. (The garage also accommodates deckchairs and outdoor elements as well as garbage containers) Other things to note Two kitchen towels are provided and included in the rental. PLEASE NOTE, the end-of-stay cleaning is NOT included in these fees. A vacuum cleaner is at your disposal as well as a mop broom. Please let us know if you would like a cleaning package with a surcharge of €60.00 to be paid before your arrival. The hot tub is optional, if you wish to use it, please specify this when booking. The price is €60 for 2 nights (note that it takes at least 24 hours of heating time before your arrival). Bikes (adults and children) can be rented upon request.
