Secluted lovely villa - fantastic mountain view!

Beautiful open and light house with stunning views from the mountains. No noise from cars, only the sound of bird songs and goats passing by. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private pool, no close neighbours. Very well equipped + good quality furniture and comfortable beds. The space Our house is a light and comfortable house with swimming pool (4x8 m) and a superb view of the mountains and valleys. From the house you can enjoy the serene tranquility of this idyllic place in Axarquia. You'll only hear the songs of the many birds and the goat herders passing by with their goats. We have designed and built the house ourselves so is it a mixture of Spanish and Danish architecture/design. In the evenings the covered terrace will be a delightful place to enjoy the stars with a glass of wine. The house is comfortable and light, even in winter. The house is insulated has under floor heating and wood burner and there are air conditioning units in all the bedrooms which double up as extra heaters, or provide much needed cool air in the summer. The house is secluded and private and is 175 m². It consists of a spacious and light living room with an open well equiped kitchen/dining room, 3 bedrooms: a master bedroom, en suite, a double bedroom and a twin room. 2 bathrooms: one with a shower and tub and one with a shower. Under the100m2 covered terrace we have an outdoor kitchen and plenty of good quality garden furniture. From the house you can go for great walks or bicycle rides in the area. There are several hiking books and suggestions on what to see and were to go in the area. The house is about 10 minutes from the little village Sedella which is an authentic Spanish village which proudly sticks to its traditions. Where men with loaded mules still walk through the streets and where goat herders pass with their big herds of goats. Where the animals are blessed once a year by the priest, where the fish car and bread car come every day and where the knife-grinder comes once in a while. Where the women meet for a talk at the weekly market, where the men play cards in the bar in the afternoons. Where time stands still. Sedella Sedella is a small cozy village with about 580 inhabitants and. There are 2 grocery stores, a hairdresser, bank, pharmacy and 4 restaurants/bars. The village is about 700 m above sea level. To the north you see La Maroma, which is one of the highest mountains in Spain (2065 m /6775 ft). If you like hiking or mountain biking Sedella and the surroundings are just the place. High mountain tops, valleys, nature parks, vultures sanctuary and picnic places, streams and waterfalls. For example you can walk all the way to the top of Maroma where the view is stunning. It can be done in a day according to ability. In this area there are a lot of small white villages and the coast is only 40 minutes away from Sedella. There are several small bays and beaches. Few kilometer from the village, in the direction of Canillas de Aceituno you’ll find the nature park “La Rahige”, which is an ideal place for nature lovers. The park has several natural pools, smaller waterfalls. There are benches and grills for picnic. It is not allowed making a barbeque in the summer because of the dry weather Here the spring water runs all year round. You will need a car to get around and Malaga is a quite cheap place to rent a car.
