Cozy apartment near Mainz and Frankfurt

Our lovingly furnished quiet 2-room apartment is 50 square meters and has its own entrance. The apartment consists of a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with dining area, a bedroom and a daylight bathroom. Smoking is possible in partially covered outdoor area. In the courtyard there is a seating area for cozy evenings available. The nearest city Mainz is only 10 km away and easily accessible with the city bus connection. The space The apartment is for max. 4 persons plus baby child furnished and at ground level. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, a Senseo coffee machine, toaster and kettle. It also offers seating for breakfast. The living room has a comfortable seating area with TV and a separate dining table. The bedroom is furnished with a 1.40m double bed, TV and a cosy armchair. As additional sleeping possibilities there is a sofa bed, two folding bed and a travel cot. Bed linen, hand and bath towels and extra blankets are provided. The living space is used exclusively by our guests. A seating group is available in the protected outdoor area infront of the apartment. Guest access The apartment has a separate entrance. Parking is in the court yard or on the street possible. Late arrivals can also access the apartment key via a key safe (right next to the entrance door). The access code will be send after booking. Other things to note Due to its inner courtyard location, the apartment is very quiet. Various seating groups are available there, for example to end the evening with a glass of good Rheinhessen wine or to have a leisurely breakfast in the morning. There is also a free WiFi network. You can walk to nature in less than two minutes with many vineyards that invite you to take walks and bike rides. We would be happy to give you tips.
