The 50 sqm studio apartment with mountain and ocean view. The open space: fully equipped kitchen, sitting area, a pellet fireplace, very comfortable queen size bed with high quality cotton linen. Bathroom: a toilet, bidet, shower, bath tub and a sink. The small laundry is outside of the apartment. You have your own 40 sqm deck, we provide camping chairs and a small folding table. We have an inverter. Strictly registered guests allowed in the property. Max 2 people, no kids. No visiting guests. The space The studio apartment is totally private and separate from the rest of the house with its own entrance from the garden. The deck/terrace is also just for your own use. The laundry room is just outside of the apartment in the same building with a washing machine. You can park your car in front of the apartment. The apartment is not suitable for children and it is strictly for max 2 persons. Guest access You have access to the whole apartment, the terrace/deck in-front of the apartment and to the laundry room. Other things to note The apartment is strictly only for registered persons, max 2. Smoking Is not allowed in the apartment. We appreciate if you take off your shoes. We live in a high fire hazard area, it is not allowed to make fire in our whole village . In winter we provide pellet for the stove enough for average use. If you need extra, we will ask you to pay for it. We provide coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, basic spices, but No oil and vinegar and milk. There is a TV in the apartment which you can use for watching videos or connect your device with your HDMI cable. Please dont move our furniture and arts around.
