Come and stay in the quiet, in the garden, terrace or living room of the house. You can get some fresh air, cool off by the Armançon (beach 500 m away). Just 1 km along the Burgundy Canal, you will find the Château de Tanlay, its golf course, tennis courts, restaurants and shops accessible by bike or on foot. The space THE HOUSE Two hours from Paris, charming Burgundy house of about 100 m2 organized in 3 Levels: - ground floor: 1 equipped kitchen, 1 cellar at the bottom, a bathroom (bathtub, toilet, washing machine and dryer) - 1st floor, a double living room with fireplace (equipped with 1 flat screen DVD/USB player). A small bathroom (toilet and sink). A sitting area and a possible bedroom area with double bed on mezzanine. A small terrace juxtaposing the living room, with a table and 2 chairs. - On the top floor, 2 large bright bedrooms: the 1st equipped with 3 single beds The 2nd, very comfortable, with a double bed and a baby bed BARN (in front of the house). - Barn entrance (4 bikes, outdoor furniture) - Summer living room: a bathroom (toilet and sink)/Living room (a vinyl turntable, sofa bed, armchairs...)/ Large dining room/game room (kettle) GARDEN: - Barbecue, terrace.
