Built in 1844, the property was originally the blacksmiths for the village of Uplowman. The lovely garden has several seating areas by the stream that runs through it. Recently renovated, Waterside is light and airy with contemporary decor. The house has beautiful views over the surrounding countryside and all the bedrooms have super king size beds. If you are a surfer it's 50 mins to the north coast and for shoppers it's 25 minutes down the M5 to the beautiful Cathedral city of Exeter. The space There is both a chiminea fire and large outback BBQ in the garden for guests use. Guest access You will be able to access all the areas, bar my little office and one storage room. Key lock box for guests so they can let themselves in should I not be able to greet them. Other things to note If young children please note 2 stair cases and a leat/stream in back garden. If you need a cot please bring your own.
