Quiet village in the national forest park, 5 minutes from the shops of Châtillon sur Seine, 30 minutes from Montbard train station: you will be ideally located to discover Châtillonnais. The Seine flows close to the house . Independent room with soft tones, with shower/toilet/ sink room upstairs from an outbuilding of the house . 🅿️ free and secure. Separate entrance with a key box. No children for safety reasons. The space Nespresso with pods in the "Flavigny" room, sweets and milk to welcome you. The property is quiet but not isolated. The "Flavigny" room is independent of the house, accessible by an external staircase. Private office and shower room/toilet. Powerful adjustable heating, skylight with blackout blind. Microwave, refrigerator in front of the room. No real kitchen: Barbecue, electric grill and induction cooktop for outdoor cooking. For Work or Play 🌸 Guest access You drive your car into the yard and then under a high awning. The large courtyard is common to our house and the independent rooms. You have access to the entire outdoors. BBQ, ping pong table, dryer available. Other things to note No conventional oven. Outdoor kitchen (indoor microwave and refrigerator).
