Quiet village in the National Forest Park, 5 minutes from the shops in Châtillon-sur-Seine: You'll be ideally located to discover the Châtillonnais region. The Seine flows near the house. Separate bedroom in soft tones, with private shower room/toilet/washbasin, upstairs in an outbuilding of the house. Free and secure parking. Private entrance with a lockbox. No children for safety reasons. The space Nespresso with capsules, treats and milk to welcome you. The property is quiet but not secluded. The "Flavigny" bedroom is independent of the house, accessible via an external staircase. Private office and shower room/toilet. Powerful adjustable heating, velux with blackout blind. Microwave, refrigerator in front of the bedroom. No real kitchen: Barbecue, electric grill and induction plate for outdoor cooking. For work or play 🌸 Guest access You drive your car into the yard and then under a high awning. The large courtyard is common to our house and the independent rooms. You have access to the entire outdoors. BBQ, ping pong table, dryer available. During your stay We are always reachable by phone when we are not onsite. Other things to note No conventional oven. Outdoor kitchen (indoor microwave and refrigerator). The floor creaks but you won't disturb anyone, there's no one below the room. Not suitable for children for safety reasons.
