An exceptional site

This house is located near the river. It includes a living room/kitchen open to the countryside by a large bay window, a mezzanine (reduced height of 1.50 m), a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The view of the Ardèche is beautiful and access to the water for swimming is in minutes. The southern sun won't disappoint. It is not suitable for children under 4 years old The space For sports enthusiasts, you can go up the river by kayak, (If you want to go down the Ardèche by canoe, consider renting from Saint Martin, (Patou boat or the bridge boats) this will save you 70 km by car…!) caving (guided outing possible 4 hr or 8 hr off the classic routes to the ORGNAC cave). If you like tours, the village of Aiguèze, the route of the gorges with its caves, its ruins... You can see the replica of the CHAUVET cave, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2014.
