Village house near Uzes with 2 terraces

Charming village house, in quiet hamlet close to the very pretty town of Uzes, ideally located for visiting the region: Pont du Gard, Nîmes and Avignon are less than an hour's drive. The rooms remain cool in the summer and the high terrace has a view of the village and the surrounding area . There is no shop in the hamlet but a very lively bar restaurant in the summer with concerts in the neighboring hamlet 7 minutes walk away. Many hikes and cultural tours are possible. The space The house is old and rather atypical with stairs and steps between the rooms. It is not suitable for very young children or the elderly. It has two bedrooms and there is a sofa bed in the living room that can allow two extra beds occasionally. Common areas are very large and cool in summer. Guest access Guests will have access to a large entrance, a large living room, a dining room that can accommodate 8 people and giving access to a terrace, a well-equipped kitchen at the alley level. Upstairs, they can enjoy a small bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and dresser and a "dorm" bedroom with three beds, two of which can be brought together to make a double bed. The latter communicates with a desk ( with TV) with a very nice view of the garden and the village. A shower room with toilet is installed on this same floor. A final staircase allows access to a second terrace with magnificent views of the village and leads to an under-slope mezzanine on which is installed a mattress but access may be prohibited if there are young children.
