The space CROYDE SEAGRASS - PROPERTY OVERVIEW Nestled in a peaceful elevated spot just a short stroll from the centre of Croyde village, Seagrass is a welcoming 2-bedroom, single-level holiday home sleeping up to 6 guests. With sweeping sea views, a spacious enclosed garden, and ample off-road parking, it’s an ideal base for families, couples, or surf enthusiasts looking to explore North Devon’s iconic coastline. You’ll be just moments from Croyde’s pubs, cafés, surf shops, and the golden sands of Croyde Beach, accessed via a nearby footpath. A complimentary Putsborough Sands car park permit is included with your stay, making it easy to explore neighbouring beaches including Saunton, Putsborough, and Woolacombe. LIVING AREA The open-plan lounge and dining space is bright and comfortable, with two large sofas (including a sofa bed for extra guests), a new Smart TV, and WiFi. A wooden dining table with ocean views seats 4 and is the perfect spot for relaxed meals or watching the sunset over the dunes. KITCHEN Well-equipped for a self-catering holiday, the kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, and all the pots, pans, and utensils you’ll need. BEDROOMS Bedroom 1: Double bed with wardrobe and drawer storage. Bedroom 2: Twin beds with ample storage. A sofa bed in the lounge provides sleeping for an additional 2 guests. A travel cot is also available upon request (please bring cot linen). BATHROOMS To the right of the entrance is a WC and a separate modern shower room with a large enclosure, heated towel rail, and washing machine beneath a useful worktop. OUTDOOR SPACE The large enclosed front garden offers a secure space for dogs and children, complete with lawn, picnic bench, gas BBQ, sun loungers, and views toward the coast. The gravel driveway provides parking for up to 5 vehicles. An outdoor tap and washing line make rinsing and drying wetsuits a breeze.
