The "Little House" is an exotic place by the sea. It is small but comfortable (for 4 to 6 people) as we made sure it has all the amenities that every visitor needs to have a wonderful vacation, all seasons! The little house by the sea is an exotic place for your accommodation. The house can accommodate 4-6 people. It's a comfortable & modern place where you can enjoy a pleasant & unforgettable all-season stay! The space The house is located just outside N. Marmaras, in front of the sea. It has a private beach that is one with its courtyard. It is isolated but at the same time so close to the center of the village that it makes your stay there even more attractive. Calm and relaxation are what each of us needs to escape the intense rhythms of everyday life and we offer this to you without restrictions!!!! Guest access You have access in living room, kitchen, bedrooms(2), bathroom, courtyard, barbeque and private beach. Other things to note The house is right in front of the sea making it look like a little paradise. You have the enjoyment of the private beach as the houses around there are few and the beach is large enough to fit everyone keeping very long distances (150+ m.). On the north side of the house there is a provincial road - a path for nature lovers. In a very short time you can find yourself in the forest following various pleasant marked routes, small or large depending on the mood of each one. At 6 km is the traditional settlement of Parthenon, which Homer refers to. It is worth visiting to see the wonderful sunsets and the Church with the Museum that are ornaments in the center of the settlement. The village of N. Marmaras is 3 km away. There is a local market at the entrance of the village without having to travel long distances. Also, the short distance makes it possible to deliver goods to the house from the local market, without having to move and get involved in overcrowding.
