Apartment with patio: sun and mountain views

Apartment of 80 m2 with outdoor area. It is part of the house I live in, but has its own separate entrance. It's a cool, heated apartment with all the basic amenities, and if you miss something, just ask for it, I'll be upstairs! :) It is specified in the list of services, but it is worth repeating in case it is important for a guest: there is NO oven in the kitchen or TV (no antenna). The space The patio is exclusively for guests, you can make barbecues if the weather accompanies. The orientation is southeast, so there is sun all day in winter. Guest access All the apartment (very spacious kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms and the garden) are exclusively for guests.
