Apartment with patio: sun and mountain views

80 m2 apartment with outdoor area for guests. It's part of the house I live in, but it has its own separate entrance. It is a cool apartment in summer and with heating, with all the basic services and, if you miss anything, you just have to ask me, I will be on the top floor! :) It is specified in the list of services, but it is worth repeating in case it is important for a guest: There is NO oven in the kitchen or television (no antenna). The space The patio is exclusively for guests, and barbecues can be held if the weather is good. The orientation is south-east, so there is sun all day in winter. Guest access The entire apartment (very large kitchen-dining room, bathroom, two bedrooms and garden) is exclusively for guests.
