Our cozy "Sunduk Apartments" are located in the historical center of Odessa. The house of the 18th century keeps the spirit of the old city, and in the rooms there are historical reminders of “that time”. At the same time a fresh renovation is made, which allows you to feel a comfort of living. We love to receive guests and we hope that you will enjoy our picturesque city in which you will live in a real Odessa courtyard, overlooking the legendary Malaya Arnautskaya Str. The space The apartments are completely new renovated. A double bed with orthopedic mattress is located on the second floor. Downstairs is a comfortable double sofa. There is an air conditioning. We also provide bedding and towels. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. You will make yourself at home :) The building has a 24-h supermarket, bakery, coffee shop, currency exchange and pharmacy. For a bigger company we can offer rooms nearby - write to us. Guest access The apartment with high ceilings, a bed on the second level, a kitchenette and a bathroom. Other things to note Please note that check-in and check-out outside the set time is possible by prior arrangement and sometimes at an additional cost. Our apartments are not suitable for noisy companies and parties. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults and 1 child.
