Located in the quiet Breton countryside, old farmhouse completely renovated with care. The house is located 30 min from the sea (Pénestin), 20 min from La Roche Bernard, La Gacilly and Rochefort en Terre, 45 min from the Gulf of Morbihan. You can also enjoy walks on the Canal de Nantes à Brest. The space On the ground floor the house includes (PMR access): - Kitchen / Dining room / Living room of 30 m2 (with sofa bed) - A bedroom with double bed of 10 m2 - A bathroom (toilet + shower) Upstairs: - Bedroom with 2 single beds of 9 m2 - Bedroom with double bed and pull-out bed of 14 m2 - A bathroom (toilet + shower) - Clearance with reading/games area Outdoor: - 50 m2 terrace - 1000 m2 plot - Jacuzzi in a closed shed (Extra charge) Other things to note The prices offered are calculated for a booking from Saturday to Saturday. Please contact us for any other requests. We rent for a minimum of 2 nights. In high season (July and August) we rent from Saturday to Saturday. Jacuzzi is extra €30 per weekend €50 per week
