studio in village house

Studio furnished in the garage of my village house, below my accommodation. Please note before booking: no window, little light (only one small opening at the top), poorly soundproofed because of the garage door (street noise), and no possibility of parking within a 5-minute walk. The space An entrance hall, a bathroom with toilet, a large room with kitchenette and sleeping area. Kitchenette with fridge top, induction stove and microwave (no oven). Towels and bed linen is provided. No washing machine. Screen available but no access to TV channels. You will be able to connect your laptop to the screen via an HDMI cable available in the studio. Guest access Guests are welcomed by me if I am there, but most of the time, check-in will be self-service and the key will be collected from a safe. Accommodation for a single traveler, no guests allowed. Other things to note Small village located 15 minutes from Perpignan, offering basic shops (supermarket, bank, post office, pharmacy, bakery).
