"Détente Evasion" - Gîte au Vert in Harzé

Our cottage, for 2 people, is an ideal romantic pied-à-terre. It is quietly located in the village of Harzé. It is also the perfect place for outdoor activity lovers. I provide you with ELECTRIC BIKES and a GPS. Closed garage for your bikes and motorcycles. Our cottage is close to the Remouchamps Caves, Monde Sauvage, Ninglinspo, Durbuy, Spa, La Roche en Ardennes, Coo Waterfall, ski slopes and many local breweries. The space The apartment is equipped with all the basic products. You can get cozy and settle into our cottage. The bedroom is on the mezzanine and equipped with a queen size bed (160*200). A child can use a sofa bed in the living room if necessary. There is a large fully equipped bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. There is an elegant kitchen equipped with a fridge, a combined oven, an electric kettle, an electric stove, a dishwasher, a coffee machine. There is a full set of cooking utensils and dishes. My apartment is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Whether you are a beginner or experienced, on foot, by road bike or electric, you can use our own routes thanks to a GPS at your disposal. Many walks are possible from the house. Guest access Located on the 1st floor of our home, the cottage has its own entrance and faces our garden. You have a reserved space in our parking lot. To access the cottage, you take a 1st staircase that leads to the entrance of the garden. Then, a 2nd staircase will lead you to a large private terrace with garden furniture and BBQ and then to the cottage. The main room consists of a living room area, kitchen and dining area. The large bathroom is equipped with a beautiful Italian shower. The attic bedroom is on the mezzanine, accessible via a spiral staircase. NOTE: We are in the Ardennes, the terrain is hilly and the land is not flat. Therefore, the property's parking is sloping. In order to facilitate parking, we kindly ask that you park at an angle. This will optimize the available space and ensure everyone's safety. Please note this before booking, I wouldn't want it to be a surprise! Other things to note - To access our house, you have to take a 50 m gravel and agricultural path. - If you leave the apartment in a bad state, you will be charged an extra cleaning fee (please think of the cleaning lady, she is also a person). - Absolutely no smoking (smoking inside: a fine of 200 EUR) - No parties or events in the apartment - No loud music or shouting. - Guests are not allowed to allow other people to enter the apartment - It is strictly forbidden to change guests. - The person booking must be present. - Please report any damage immediately so that it can be resolved quickly. This property is in a residential building; behaviors that disturb, harm or interfere with the rights of neighbors are not acceptable. This point is particularly important and no restrictions will be made: please pay attention to the other residents of the house (no loud music, shouting, etc.)
