Built in 1841, this early Victorian building was deconsecrated in 1961 and has recently undergone a complete restoration with a mezzanine bedroom and an extensive open plan living room with vaulted ceilings, handmade kitchen, wood burning fireplace, home cinema and surround sound. Offers spectacular views of Alfred's Tower, the Bruton Dovecote and surrounding dairy farms. Fabulous for romantic walks and total tranquility, or a short cycle/drive to Bruton hosting contemporary art gallery Hauser & Wirth, the Roth Bar & Grill, At the Chapel Bakery & Restaurant, and the gardens and farm-to-table restaurant at The Newt in Somerset.
