A beautiful studio flat above a private house in the poshest area in Israel called Savyon. Private entrance from the gorgeous Japanese garden which surrounds the house.The Studio flat has a high ceiling and includes a bedroom,dining area ,a bathroom(shower, basin&toilet)2 wardrobes, shelves &balcony . The space The Studio overlooks a gorgeous Japanese garden, a small river that leads to a fish pond with gold fish. The Studio is bright and has 5 windows. A swiss bed (LattoFex) with a good mattress. On the ground floor of the of the house there is a very big veranda (about 40 sqm) and the guests are more than welcome to use the veranda inclusive in the price. they can eat there and enjoy the peaceful garden and the waterfall and the stunning room which is shaped as a pagoda and made of glass which is near the veranda. Guest access Savyon is a charming community which consist of about 1000 families and includes private houses with big gardens. No tall buildings are allowed to be built here. The houses and gardens are beautiful and it is a prestigious place. Buses are allowed on the one main road ONLY and Savyon is secured at its 3 entries by a private company from the evening to the morning in order to prevent burglaries as well as securing its residents.Savyon is located about 5 miles from Tel Aviv and there is a bus (56) which will take one to Tel Aviv & back unless one prefer to use a car. Many car park spaces free of charge are available close to the house. If the guests wish to have a private guide who will take them to places in Israel we are ready to take the guests for private tours or organized tours which are not included in the price but could be organized for the guests. Other things to note In Savyon you can find a country club with all the facilities, a new culture centre, 2 friendly mini supermarket, pharmacy, bank,hairdresser, several cafe & restaurant, travel agency and more. You can find many restaurants in the area. Don't miss the restaurants: Tatti loft (Italian & french) , Ester (good french), Zink (specialist Italian food) Japanika (of course) Kisu (restaurant/bar) good Asian food and cafe Zelik. Not far from our Savyon there are museums (such as the Jewish Iraqi museum) and big shopping centers (about 2-3 miles - you can use bus number 56).
