Independent apartment on the upper floor of approx. 85 sqm with a private entrance and a terrace overlooking the sea consisting of: double bedroom with bedside tables, closet, desk and chair; double bedroom with French bed, bedside tables, closet and chair; bathroom with shower and washing machine; living room with equipped kitchen, refrigerator, table, chairs and relaxation corner with sofa and TV. At the time of booking you can request an additional single room with a surplus of € 10 per day. The space The house is in the countryside surrounded by a large garden with lots of plants. The place is isolated, so it allows for relaxing and tranquility in contact with nature. Several of our guests have greatly appreciated this feature, to our satisfaction, often preferring to the day on the beach stay relaxing and resting in the garden enjoying nature and the green, perhaps in some corner in the shade of olive plants or the large pine tree. The sea is still easily reached by car. The nearest beach is Flumini beach about 1.5km away. Poetto beach is also quickly accessible, usually frequented by us Cagliari, as well as the other renowned beaches of the southeastern coast of Sardinia (e.g. Geremeas, Solanas, Costa Rei, Villasimius, Castiadas-Muravera, etc.) Guest access The apartment at your disposal is on the upper floor, totally independent and with a separate entrance through an external staircase that leads directly to the large panoramic terrace. You can enjoy the large garden. For your car there is space inside the property that you can access by means of an electric gate. Other things to note Given the area where the accommodation is located, the best way to fully experience the vacation in our home is to have a car available. This can be easily rented upon your arrival at the airport in one of the many agencies present there.
