The upper floor is very spacious, with a double bed and space for reading or writing. Access to single room with connecting door. And near the baby room, nicely furnished with baby crib. Low beams in some places in the cottage. Enjoy the beautiful garden from your own terrace, overlooking the hills. Our domain has several places where terraces, hammocks, a fire pit and a common coffee/drinks table are available. Lots of privacy, but if you wish also plenty of space for socializing and meeting with the other guests. Welcome to Domaine Charente! Rob Guest access The entire cottage is at the disposal of the tenants. Also the common swimming pool, and the common large table in the garden, for coffee, drinks, dinner. But also on the private terrace, it is wonderful to relax, with beautiful views of the hills of Mazieres. Other things to note There are no stores in Mazieres itself. But 10 minutes away by car is a nice town, Roumazieres, with 2 supermarkets and a beautiful lake. Limoges and Angoulême are both about half an hour - 45 minutes drive and definitely worth it! La Rouchefoucauld and Rochechouart (30 min.) have beautiful castles and nice cafes. Half an hour away are also 2 Michelin-starred restaurants in a beautiful castle. Golf courses, lakes, activity park, walking and cycling routes, fun markets and festivals: there is so much to enjoy!
