Double bedroom, en suite and private living room

Spacious self-contained annexe, comprising double bedroom, en-suite wet room and large private living room with it's own front door. Located ten minutes walk from the High Street, near the beautiful lanes, marshes and sea wall with off-street parking. Double bed and Eve mattress, living area complete with fridge, Nespresso machine and television. The space We live in a large detached house in a private area. The guest area is located on the ground floor at the front of the property, and has it's own front door. A door separates the guest area from the main house and will usually be locked, giving you privacy. Parking is directly outside, as is a table and chairs in the front garden. We have a travel cot if you are bringing a little one. Guest access Guests have access to the private living room, bedroom and en-suite wet room. You are more than welcome to bring bicycles and leave them in our back garden which is secure. A table and chairs is located in the front garden for guests to use. There is off street parking available directly outside the property, we can accommodate up to two cars. Other things to note We have a small poodle called Dandan, he's very friendly. Please note that from 2025, we no longer provide breakfast.
