Large single room & separate kitchenette (G)

This large bright bedroom has a single bed, comfy armchair, hanging & cupboard space and a dining table and chair, plus a lock on your door. There is a separate kitchenette with microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster shared with the other guest. You'll also share restroom/ shower. You will be staying in the top part of the house. My home is a 7 min walk to Worthing & West Worthing Stations for easy travel to Brighton and has free parking in road and 1 space in the drive. The space The beach & town centre is a 20 minute walk, the beach is pebble and sand and great for swimming in the summer, the town centre has lots of restaurants, 2 theatres/cinemas & good shopping. Guest access Check in is between 5-9, if you arrive after 9, I have a key safe and details will be given if needed. I can be reached by the Airbnb text. Guests have their own room and a separate kitchenette with microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. During your stay I live downstairs, so after check in you won't see much of me. You may bump into the other guest as you share the kitchenette with microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster as well as the restroom/shower. Other things to note Strictly no smoking in the house, you will need to go out the front door, move away from the house and dispose of cigarettes responsibly. Thank you
