Welcome to your marine stopover in Pornichet! The space In a beachfront residence, you will be seduced as soon as you arrive at the place by the panoramic view that is available from everywhere. First of all, access to your accommodation is through a common entrance, locked. Then you will access the floor by a spiral staircase. Upon entering, you will discover the main room, the center of life of your accommodation. It consists of a comfortable living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate two people. A large flat-screen TV can enhance your TV evenings. In the same room, you will have a kitchen area separated from the dining area by a bar and offering you all the comforts necessary to prepare your meals. Two bedrooms are at your disposal. The first offers a double bed of 140 cm for two people, with a set of cupboards to store your belongings. The second bedroom consists of two twin beds 90 cm wide, with storage closets as well. This rental is ideal for 4 people. However, an extra bed for one or two people is provided in the living room. This is a sofa bed, provided for an additional €5.00/person/night. Linens provided upon request. It is also possible to provide a baby bed, upon request. The bathroom consists of a cabinet with integrated sink, as well as a spacious shower. The toilet area is independent. A space is available outside, not enclosed but sheltered from view, to put your bicycles. Immediately upon leaving the courtyard, access to the beach is direct.… Seaside atmosphere and relaxation for adults, swimming and sand castles for children!! Guest access Our tenants will have the entire apartment located on the first floor of this seaside house. In the small entrance hall on the ground floor, you will find a shoe cabinet to save space and also to allow you not to "sand" your apartment! You will also have a coat rack and a vacuum cleaner, stored under the stairs. Outside, close to the garage, you can use the faucet to clean flip-flops and beach utensils. You can also place your bikes under a small shelter located next to the gate. Other things to note Useful information: The cleaning is calculated in addition to the rate of €60.
