Icking and especially this is a very quiet place with much greeness and good air around hier. Nevertheless this apartment is located 5 min. on foot to a suburban train station S7 for a Train ride to Munich Hbf in 35 min. Moreover via the B11 highway located beside the station allows to drive your car to Innsbruck, Austria about 60 miles away and to the marvellous King marvellous King Lutwig castls and palaces. The space Apartment ground level You access the studio apartment, which is completely independent from the main house, through your own door into a corridor with a small wardrobe. The left door leads to your private bathroom with shower and etc. cloth wash machine and vacuum cleaner. The other door opens to the studio apartment of 19 m2 size with a normal bed, a table with tree chairs, an easy chair, German cloth closet with your small save inside , microwave, refrigerator, sink , one electro cooking plate, cutlery and dishes . All parts of the apartments are under floor heated. As the photographs show, you have access through an large door on the south-west side to your personal 12 m2 terrace and to the fair size garden of the facility. You have WLAN and your TV in the Apartment. Guest access Via the garden you might be lucky to see one of my neighbors. Some are old and live withdrawn but they are very, very nice. Other things to note A washing machine and a vacuum cleaner is in the apartment. I have a dryer if you need it.
