The garden is totally enclosed Come and recharge your batteries in a cocoon of tranquility. The beautiful living room bathed in light offers you: - its fully equipped open kitchen, - Its spacious living room and TV - an independent toilet, - a double sink bathroom with bathtub and large Italian shower; - a large bedroom of 16 m2 with 1 bed 160 x 200 & dressing room & TV; - a large bedroom of 15 m2 with 1 bed 160 x 200 & dressing room. - one bedroom with a small 90x190 bed. - a washing machine and dryers in the storage room. Through the bay windows, you can access its large south-facing terrace for lunch on the garden table with umbrella, deckchairs, barbecue. The house is equipped with: - internet - on request: 1 high chair, 1 changing table, umbrella bed; - Beds and pillows are equipped with protection, and blankets are available. The supply of sheets and towels are optional upon request upon your reservation. Keys are scheduled to be handed over from 1pm on the day of check-in. On the day of departure, the house must be vacated no later than 10:00 am. The house can accommodate 5 people (all ages and PMR access). Only persons declared at the time of booking will be allowed to enter the premises. Our express agreement by email or text must have been obtained to bring in guests. Any violation of these rules may result in the early termination of the rental without a refund. To keep the house functional and welcoming for all guests, please read the following rules and apply them: The end of stay cleaning is your responsibility. The house must be made as clean as when you arrived (full basic cleaning: tidy duvets and bedspreads in place, dishes done and put away, vacuum cleaner everywhere and mop passed, sanitary cleaned, garbage emptied). Otherwise, you may be charged for a cleaning service of €80. We provide you with all the necessary equipment to carry out the cleaning (broom, vacuum cleaner, mop, etc.). Cleaning products are also provided. No group events or gatherings of more than 5 people are allowed. Guest access free parking directly on the property for 2-3 vehicles Parking is set back from the road. Other things to note Consumables for the first few days are provided (toilet paper roll, garbage bag, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablet, cleaning products, small spices, tea, coffee, sugar) Caution: we no longer offer a cleaning service, i.e. each guest must clean the entire house at the end of the stay.
