A "veronese" place to stay!

This spacious room is perfect for two people, for a short stay. Furniture, bathroom, and supplies are in good conditions. The room is clean and equipped with air conditioning/heating, tv and wify, microwave, mini fridge, kettle, and tableware. No kitchen. The room is part of the house but it has its own independent entrance and balcony. I accept assistance pets. Read more in "the space". The space I live with my family and an old tabby cat, so my place is perfect for trustworthy guests who love pets and for people who don't mind to be located in the outskirts of Verona, but the old, medieval Verona centre is easily reached by bus. I only accept well trained, (medium size or small) assistance pets because the room is very spacious and has a small balcony. However, it is understood that the owner supervises his/her pet and takes full responsibility of any damage the animal may cause to the property. There are a couple of dog parks nearby (10 minutes'walk). Guest access Please notice that it's a suburban quiet, safe area, it's not the old centre of Verona. It takes 30/40 mins to get here from Stazione Porta Nuova but from here only 20/25 to get to the heart of Verona. Buses are minutes away and they take you to "Piazza Brà" stop is right in the heart of old Verona. If you arrive by car, park for free in the streets nearby. Usually, there are lots of empty spaces before 4/5pm. if your drive to the centre I suggest "Parcheggio Centro". Facilities are all at a walking distance: supermarkets, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, cafè and bars, a good ice cream shop, pharmacy, automatic laundry, bank teller, and catholic church. I seldom use the self check in. I like to give the keys to the room personally. During your stay I am available most of the time in case of any need and be very glad to help! I speak English, Spanish and Italian, of course!
