All 5 windows of the apartment face the courtyard. Roller shutters for blackout are provided. It's an apartment with connecting rooms. From the anteroom you enter the elongated, narrow kitchen, from which you enter the living room, which is also used as a dining room and work room. From there you get to the last room, the bedroom. The location in a multicultural district is very central. The supermarket is 2 buildings away. The apartment is ideally suited for long-term stays as well as for short-term visits. Tram and bus stations are a few minutes away! Guest access The apartment is exclusively available for booking guests! As it is a private apartment, you will soon feel "at home." Smoking is absolutely prohibited in the apartment, but on the square in front of the apartment there is a windowsill and an ashtray that can be used by smokers. In the kitchen, apart from pepper and salt, there are other spices, vinegar, oil, ketchup, mustard, jams, fruit syrup, etc. However, the highlight of the enjoyment is my brother's self-roasted LINDBERGH coffee. With the coffee machine, you can always grind it freshly so that it can spread its full aroma. Tea drinkers will also always find various tea bags on site. At the grocery store Billa 83 meters away you can find it all! Except my brother's coffee! If you like it as much as my previous guests, you can of course also buy it to enjoy at home! Other things to note Since I like to get an idea of my guests and can help them fill out the overnight stay fee form for the city of Graz, I try to greet my guests in person and also explain the house rules. That's why it's necessary to let me know your arrival time so I can welcome you and give you the keys. For very late arrivals, you can check in with the lockbox. The overnight fee for the city of Graz is €2.50 per person per night and will be collected by me in cash immediately upon arrival. For longer stays, it is recommended to use a weekly or 14-day cleaning service for a small fee. The water in Graz is very calcareous and the fittings calcify very quickly! If a 4th person wants to come, this is not included in the price!
